I used to have a pull up bar on my door and I had a jump rope tie to it that I would climb up because it was not at the bottom that was really big that I could stand on and I would hang up lay down

We had them at room when we were kids and I honestly still miss them at 30 😂 and for those concerns, we've never had any broken bones or falls 🤔
