@cookinginthemidwest: This strawberry poke cake is perfect for a BBQ or any get together! #marthawhitepartner Recipe • 2 packs of Martha White Strawberry Cheesecake Muffin Mix • 5 cups of milk (1 cup for the cake + 4 cups for the pudding mix) • 2 eggs • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix • 1 tub of cool whip • vanilla wafers • strawberries Steps -mix together muffin mix, 1 cup of milk, and eggs -bake in a greased 9x13 baking dish at 350 for 20-25 minutes -use a spoon to poke holes all over the cake -mix together pudding mix and 4 cups of milk following directions on the packaging -pour pudding mix over the cake before it completely thickens -smooth out the top of the cake/pudding, cover, and let chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours -after 2 hours, spread whip topping over cake, and top with crushed vanilla wafers -serve cake with fresh strawberries (we like them mixed with a little sugar) poured over each slice Enjoy! #pokecake #EasyRecipes #Recipe #cake #easydessert #pokecakerecipes
