Progressive wouldn’t pay for my car to be fixed after their client rear ended me. Then the rep hung up on me and refused to take further calls.

I used to work for progressive. The reps are literally overwhelmed with claims. They would assign you about 8-11 claims a day.

Progressive told me I HAD to go to a VERY sketchy body shop. One call from my lawyer and I had the OK to take it to a Toyota certified shop.
