@sirgeorgetheragdoll: After 7 months with me, my Ragdoll kitten figured out how to hop on the kitchen counters. Eek! And unfortunately he seems to have an affinity for playing near the stove. Double eek! Obviously the best course of action is to train him to stay off the counters, but in the meantime I needed to make the kitchen a safer space for my kittens.
