(Enjoy reading this!) I love to learn from many paths and there is SO MUCH I love about the Norse Pagan beliefs. However, I feel like many people hide their harmful behavior behind this verse. If you feel wronged, hurt or disrespected, reach out and talk it through respectfully and with an open mind OR let go and move on. When you get triggered emotionally, that is a “Subconscious Scar” or a “Samskara” mentioned in Yoga practices. (Which is mych more than poses) You can observe these samskara’s as they come up. When you “feel” anything but love. Love is pure energy and emotions like anger are just walls you placed inside yourself (Samskara’s) that are BLOCKING that energy and creating the experience of anger. Letting go is realizing the blocked energy and using that to slowly let the wall down so the enegy can flow. Like letting go of a rope thats too tight on your hand or a weight that you are tired of carrying.
