@geniuseatss: Chicken Tikka Masala Ingredients: - 300g chicken breast - 1 small onion, sliced - 200g of tomato puree - 1/2 cup of heavy cream - 1 tbsp of butter Seasoning - 1 tsp chilli powder - 1 tbsp of garam massala - 1 tsp of turmeric powder - 1 tsp of paprika - 1 tsp of salt and pepper - 1 tbsp of garlic & ginger paste - 2 tbsp of lemon juice - 2 tbsp of yogurt Garnish: Cilantro Steps: 1. Marinade the chicken with the seasoning for at least 30 minutes. 2. Melt the butter over medium-low heat. 3. Add the onion and cook until softens for 5 minutes. 4. Add the marinated chicken and cook the chicken until lightly browned for 5 minutes. 5. Add heavy cream, tomato puree and cook the sauce until it has thickened and bubbling. 6.
