Get a genuine windows LTSB, works flawlessly for me with only 55/60 processes natively, then 60/65 with my added processes to customize it slightly.

yeah make sure you don't uninstall things you want to keep. i once used it and i uninstalled calculator and microsoft store and powershell packs

The secret to really clean your PC is to do a fresh reinstall. Also use DDU and the bloatware removal
