Was out on bond for $100k. Never even saw my bail bondsman, only one phone call. Charges dropped at preliminary hearing. Expensive experience.

how could you possibly be making any sort of money off of this? if you're paying a 5k bond but they're only giving you 500 in return.... how?

ppl don't realize bonds companies put up collateral if that runs out they have to stop bonding till they catch ppl basically paying the court!

The thing is his comment is wrong. You do see a judge at your arraignment that's how they got a bond in the first place. You dont get bond before

Actually, I had to pay the bail bondsman before I could get out of jail, to go to my arraignment. In Massachusetts btw.
