When I embarked on my weight loss journey ten months ago, I never imagined I would possess enough strength to endure the entire process. My main motivation was to escape the discomfort I felt every time I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. The physical and mental toll of consecutive pregnancies had taken its toll on me, leaving me feeling like a complete mess. However, deep down, I realized that doing nothing or giving up would only lead me further down a path from which I might never recover. I could sense myself spiraling into a state of depression, and that realization compelled me to take action. Initially, I attempted various weight loss methods that I had previously tested and tried, but both my mind and body seemed resistant to change. This frustration often led me to give up and revert back to my old eating habits, where I would convince myself that my family’s history of obesity was destined to be my fate. However, the dissatisfaction with my appearance would inevitably resurface, plunging me into a state of self-sabotage. Eventually, I would gather the strength to start again, creating a cycle that repeated itself for several months. I would shed some weight, exhaust myself, take a break, and then resume. It was during this journey that my husband introduced me to the Keto diet, as he had been following it himself (I’ll share his results one day). Intrigued, I delved into research until I felt ready to give it a try. I realized that I needed both a coach and a support team to hold me accountable and motivate me when exhaustion threatened to derail my progress. So, I actively sought out a coach and began my keto journey... To my surprise, I fell in love with this approach because it didn’t feel like a typical diet. I could enjoy real food, eat until I felt satisfied, and indulge in guilt-free treats while still losing weight. If you’re interested in embarking on a similar journey, feel free to send me a direct message (DM). Together, let’s kickstart your transformative journey towards becoming a better version of yourself. #KetoQueen #BantingDiet #WeightlossRevolution
