Seals basically always come in a kit. Why not take the extra couple minutes to change them? Unreal.

I agree with the water pump cleaning but where is the camshaft and crankshaft seal leaking

Go ahead and change the valve cover gaskets and reseal the cam plugs on the back side of the heads also.
