I stopped using toothpastes with SLS and my mouth finally healed permanently after about a month or so. Sensodyne has a good one, always check for SLS

Switch to a toothpaste without SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) I used to get them bad at least every month and don’t anymore 😭

oh babe it works. next day (today) it’s almost healed omg. just put orajel on before u use alum and it won’t hurt that bad at ALL and i have a low pain tolerance
