Select other things on self checkout screen, and weigh chicken as produce, then the Kroger scale in baggage area won’t go off with a discrepancy

I think Wal-Mart does the same with their chicken. It always shrinks to half what it was to before cooking.

I learned this whenever I started meal prepping. I would buy the exact amount needed and always be short due to the packaging weight.

I’m confused how is this Krogers fault if the chicken is packaged by the vendor. They always weigh the meat in the package tho.

it's chemicals, can't you smell it? I can smell it and taste chemical in heritage farm chicken. I cannot eat it.
