No I don’t make this app and posting an everyday priority for people to see me. And I don’t care about views or how many followers I have. I just come

CREATINE MONOHYDRATE 🫶🏽💪🏽🏋️‍♀️🩰 When it comes to supplements… This is by far what people want to know about!! Let’s start with the basics. (PSA- I am not a doctor. I would absolutely talk to your doctor or physician if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, or worried about taking it!! This is just my take after taking it the last year and a half 🫶🏽 ) - what is creatine monohydrate !? In the simplest form.. It’s a dietary supplement that increases muscle performance in short-duration, high-intensity resistance exercises! Creatine is thought to improve strength, increase lean muscle mass, and help the muscles recover more quickly during exercise!! -Where can we find creatine naturally!? Creatine is often mistaken for something that is scary or is going to potentially make us bulk up… That is not the case… Creatine is found in every day meets that we eat! And it is also made, and can be found in our liver, kidneys, and pancreas! It also supplies energy to your muscles and may also promote brain health!! it is a compound your body naturally creates and something you should NOT be afraid to supplement. -Why take creatine if we naturally make it!? This is a great question and when I’ve asked myself time and time again… when I first started taking creatine it was when I started competing!! I knew I was going to be dieting extremely hard and needing to hold onto as much mass as possible while doing so… Also, my recovery were terrible and I felt so sluggish in the gym! A lot of athletes will supplement creatine because it is proven to help brain health, Fatigue, recovery, improve strength, muscle growth, etc! They say our body only creates about 1g a day which is just not enough to see benefits above ^^! -How to take creatine monohydrate. 💪🏽🏋️‍♀️ I love @BuckedUp creatine. And I will make this as simple as possible! I take 3 to 5 g five days a week! I noticed when I was taking it seven days a week I felt a little bit more dehydrated than usual and started to feed a little bit of negative side effects like what you see online! I figured five days as my sweet spot! I mix mine with water, electrolytes, coffee. And make sure to drink a lot of water!! Did I see any negative side effects while taking it!? 🥲😁 I’ve seen a lot of comments… Or negative feedback from this supplement online! And rightfully so. I’ve heard a lot of people saying it makes them retain water, dehydrated, bloat, lose hair, acne etc! I will be completely honest and say the only side effect I’ve ever felt is dehydration!!! as long as I make sure to drink one to two water bottles after I have my creatine I am completely fine! I have noticed no hair loss, and I have not retained water whatsoever! If anything I’ve felt strong and feel like my muscles pop! I do think a lot of it has to do with your mindset and how much you are taking at a time 🩷 I personally did not do the loading phase… I did not feel like I needed to, and maybe that helped my journey 🤷🏽‍♀️🤫💪🏽 from one girly to another… If you are afraid to take this supplement, I promise don’t be! Just start with 3-5g at a time however many days you feel comfortable and see how your body reacts 🫶🏽💪🏽 hopefully this answered all the questions you guys have been asking. Now drop them below. 😘😘 #Fitness #Supple#Fitnessi#Supplementsi#FitnessTipsB#FitnessTipsForBeginnerseatine#SupplementfCreatine
