You guys have been loving my salt and pepper recipes so here’s another delicious one for ya! Lmk which other salt and pepper recipes you want to see 😬 ➡️ Recipe: Salt and pepper pork chops Servings: 4 - [ ] 2lbs Pork chops, bone-in - [ ] 1/4 cup Shaoxing wine, mirin or dry sherry - [ ] 3 tbsp Oyster sauce - [ ] 1 small onion, large diced - [ ] 1 small red bell peppers, large diced - [ ] 1 cup corn starch - [ ] 1/4 tsp ground white pepper Seasoning— - [ ] 2 tbsp Sugar - [ ] 1 tbsp Salt - [ ] 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper - [ ] Cooking oil 1. In a small bowl, mixing other sugar, salt, and black pepper. Set aside. 2. Using kitchen shears, cut pork chops into four equal pieces up to the bone. Marinate in shaoxing cooking wine, oyster sauce, and ground white pepper. Marinate for at least 30 mins or up to 2 hours. 3. Coat marinated pork chops in corn starch and shake off excess. Deep fry pork chops in 350F oil for about 7 to 9 minutes or until golden and crispy. Strain and set aside. 4. In a large pan, heat a little bit of oil and stir fry onions, Bell, peppers, and jalapeños for about 2 mins or until aromatic. Add in fried pork chops and salt and pepper seasoning to taste. Let me know in the comments! #ad #AsianMadeEasy #cookwithKAME #DimSumdays #homemade ➡️ Recipe: Mongolian Beef Noodles Servings 3 to 4– * 1 package of KA-ME Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles * 1/2 lb flank steak, cut against the grain into 1 inch slices * 1 medium onion, sliced * 2 inch piece ginger, peeled and I’m roughly sliced * 4 green onions, 2 inch pieces * Cooking oil KO Marinade — * 2 tbsp KA-ME oyster sauce * 1 tbsp KA-ME hoisin sauce * 1 tbsp soy sauce * 1/2 tbsp brown sugar * 1/2 tsp black pepper * 1/4 tsp baking soda Stir Fry Sauce— * 1/2 cup water * 2 tbsp KA-ME oyster sauce * 1 tbsp KA-ME hoisin sauce * 1/2 tbsp soy sauce * 1/2 tbsp brown sugar * 1/2 tbsp corn starch 1. Mix together KA-ME oyster sauce and hoisin sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and baking soda. Add beef and mix welll. Set aside and let it marinate while prepping the other ingredients. 2. Slice onions, ginger, and green onions. Set aside. 3. In a large pan, heat oil and stir fry ginger and onions until aromatic. Then add in marinated beef and cook through. Make a well in the center of the pan and add KA-ME Hokkien noodles. Add and stir fry sauce and toss well. 3-4 minutes. 4. Garnish with green onions gently toss once more. Serve while hot.
