Let me know in the comments!  #ad #AsianMadeEasy #cookwithKAME #DimSumdays #homemade ➡️ Recipe: Mongolian Beef Noodles Servings 3 to 4– * 1 package of KA-ME Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles * 1/2 lb flank steak, cut against the grain into 1 inch slices * 1 medium onion, sliced  * 2 inch piece ginger, peeled and I’m roughly sliced  * 4 green onions, 2 inch pieces  * Cooking oil KO Marinade — * 2 tbsp KA-ME oyster sauce  * 1 tbsp KA-ME hoisin sauce  * 1 tbsp soy sauce  * 1/2 tbsp brown sugar  * 1/2 tsp black pepper  * 1/4 tsp baking soda  Stir Fry Sauce—  * 1/2 cup water  * 2 tbsp KA-ME oyster sauce  * 1 tbsp KA-ME hoisin sauce  * 1/2 tbsp soy sauce  * 1/2 tbsp brown sugar  * 1/2 tbsp corn starch  1. Mix together KA-ME oyster sauce and hoisin sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and baking soda. Add beef and mix welll. Set aside and let it marinate while prepping the other ingredients. 2. Slice onions, ginger, and green onions. Set aside.  3. In a large pan, heat oil and stir fry ginger and onions until aromatic. Then add in marinated beef and cook through. Make a well in the center of the pan and add KA-ME Hokkien noodles. Add and stir fry sauce and toss well. 3-4 minutes.  4. Garnish with green onions gently toss once more. Serve while hot.
