Plastic V60 pour over is best for budget coffe and no need for a gooseneck kettle if on a budget as they tend to be expensive also-

Bro you spent 10k and you don’t have something over a 64mm grinder, no offence but a Kafatek Flat Max and a Pro 800 would be infinitely better

You can also get a stovetop espresso machine those are cheap and make great coffee and I used that for awhile until I got a full espresso machine 😁
