@blankfor.ms: The noise here is stacked. It begins with the tape loop, which is a particularly noisy one. Then you get some noise from the electronics of the tape player. All of that is then layered in the pedal, which adds a couple of lo fi taps with very short delay times. Blending noise sources is, for me, constantly inspiring.
