as long as you never skip an appointment, have someone good, don’t wash/style your hair too often, and give your scalp breaks, your hair will be fine

I have hand tied ones &my hair is way healthier bc you wash less and don’t have to use heat as much. No damage at all! I go every 8 weeks for move ups

Hand tied break your hair especially blondes and yes you have to get them 8weeks if not sooner- they will start matting!
