We only empty, not change them. At least in Ohio , which is done on your rounds, and once I’m a nurse , if I’m in there I’m going to do it ?? Teamwork

I want to see the stoma and document it so, I don’t delegate that. Every now and again I have an aide who just does it but it’s rare
