Im doing a course in nanos, is it normal to feel like you’re using tiny strands? I’m using the most that I can comfortably slide through the bead and less than the width of the extension xx

I did a first lift up. I lost so much hair. She was taking them off very fast and brush off a many strands at the same time to get rid off that glue😨
