Did she get stung by a bee or some other insect? If a dog gets stung on the face it causes major swelling.

What are you cleaning the house with, are you using air fresheners, etc, this could be the issue. Laundry detergent etc

If it’s her nose and bottoms of ears she may have contact dermatitis. May want to look at changing dog/water bowls. Otherwise she needs to see

My first question would be what is she eating? including treats. Many dogs have high allergies to anything fowl. Chicken, Turkey etc.
