100% antibiotics is needed for bacterial tonsillitis. If there’s white spots and high fevers then it’s bacterial.

I've had tonsilitis for months. Finally went to the doctor, had 2 rounds of antibiotics and it's back 2 days later both times. Are there any other options?

Respectfully we know our body, every time I have been declined antibiotics I end up in hospital and they say why weren’t you given antibiotics

Antibiotics would help and would shorten the patient suffering. We need to go to work! If I was a GP I would never let my patient leave the room without help! I wish to all GPs to suffer through the worst throat infections with paracetamol….
