my muscles aren't very strong because I couldn't move my foot for 13 years pre amputation so when I 'move my foot' my stump just shakes 😅

My stump does the same thing. I agree with you 💯 I can feel my foot and ankle even tho it’s not there!! My foot that is not there still gets itchy!!
