Here's what you'll need to make the batter: 👉INGREDIENTS 300ml (1 1/2 cups) water 300ml (1 1/2 cups) milk 2 eggs 120g (1 cup) flour 190g (1 1/2 cups) bread flour 60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil 3 tbsp of sugar 1 tsp of vanilla extract 1/2 tsp of salt 2 tbsp of cocoa powder Hazelnut cream Powdered sugar 👉METHOD Mix together eggs, milk, oil, flour, bread flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Divide 1/4 of the mixture and add cocoa powder. In a pan, make a spiral with cocoa mixture and pour the white mixture after a few seconds. Fry from both sides. Fill with hazelnut cream and wrap it. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
