@spicymoustache: We drink a lot of coffee at home (yep, there’s still an Italian in me 😂) and we always think of ways to reuse ground coffee or you could ask your local coffee shop to save it for you. COFFEE SKIN SCRUB: ☕️ - 1 x cup used ground coffee - 1 x cup granulated brown sugar - 1 x cup coconut oil - 1/2 x cup shredded coconut NOTE: Combine all the ingredients and store in a jar at room temperature COFFEE/COCOA CAKE MIX: 🍰 - 2 x cup dried coffee ground - 2 x cup cocoa powder STEP BY STEP: - Save your ground coffee and leave it to dry completely. - Blend into a fine powder. - Mix in a jar with same or double the amount of cocoa powder (depending on your taste) - Use for cakes, desserts, etc GARDEN FEED: Use your coffee grounds in your compost or worm bin. Coffee is a rich source of nitrogen and with the right balance of carbon (cardboard, woodchips, dry leaves, shredded paper, etc) it will help to kick start the decomposition process.
