I had went into the Loch cold water therapy and with the coldness on my hands my fingers was actually good for a few months 😁 now their sore again 🙃

I have them on every finger. 4 of mine are actually locked. Osteoarthritis. No cure. Just nsaids and exercises but Voltaren gel helps A lot for the pain.
