you're in prodromal labor. usually means baby is in a wonky position. see a chiropractor for an adjustment and maybe that will help

This same exact thing happened to me at 35 weeks. I’m now 38+6 and laying in the hospital cus it’s still happening but they still won’t do anything

Follow the 511 rule. The contractions gotta ever 5 mins or less lasting each for 1 minute for one hour.
