you can use the white balance dropper and place to the white of your eye. if not visible, place it on the white part of the image and make adjustments

You mean print or scan the film. Developing film is the chemical process in a dark room that takes them from the camera to what you’re holding.

Ok, a little tip to get better results without it being overkill: get the film as flat as possible and the phone paralel to it (both leveled)

The point of film was to process it in a dark room and print it onto paper. This method you are basically taking a digital image with extra steps.
