I’m in KY and we do the same and get paid half as much as the RNs and get told it’s because we are LPNs. It’s a joke.

Yeah, GA def uses LPns to the fullest scope but they need to pay us more 😭 we do the same work on a med surg floor smh

I’m an LPN and there is only like 3 meds I cannot administer IV, and I cannot hang blood but I can maintain it. I basically work as an RN.

Me too, im an ER nurse, I have my entirely own patient load.I’m acls certified so the only thing I can’t do is cardiac drips and initial assessment.
