The bike could have been further back for his own safety, but this was the vans fault as he was the one reversing without sight of what's behind him.

obviously the Van is legally in the wrong as he backed up into him. But the biker could have stopped further back and to the side to make himself-

I think both parties are at fault. The biker shoulda been able to see a mirror, but the van should also be more careful when reversing on the road

Nein, der Transporter-Fahrer muss damit rechnen, dass etwas hinter dem Transporter sein kann. Er fährt viel zu schnell rückwärts.

Es ist vollkommen egal, wie nah der Biker hinter dem Transporter stand. Der kann nicht einfach den Rückwärtsgang reinknallen und zurücksetzen!

Why didn’t the biker go moreover to the right to be in mirror view at the very least, van driver might of even checked his mirror didn’t see him😏
