Did you also test that battery? I saw 11.1 volts which means the battery is discharged

12v means that the alternator’s not charging a much as it should to get the car going . Battery could also be drained . 1

Need to check oil. I’ve been seeing a bunch of trucks come in with a no start and 400 A mega fuse being blown and it being main bearings and pulling

I don’t doubt the starter could’ve shorted out but could the root of he short come from resistance in the lines going to the starter?

Those fuses go bad all the time if someone jumps in incorrectly coming from a gm tech idk if you replaced the starter but it was likely just the fuse

all those 100 amp fuses gotta have a nut. n check the battery its at 11.1 which can be too low for some cars
