i just got out of crutches for the 3rd time after dislocating my kneecap for the 4th time. going to the doc to see what if i need surgery.

I got both side experience haha. It takes lots of practice but it becomes second nature

I find those types of crutches so painful,I only use the half srm crutches

I broke my ankle in 3 spots and had surgery, never used crutches before lol it was a learning curve for sure

Long time crutcher here. Did you ever bump the@ crutch against something and say "Ouch!"? Used to do it all the time....😁
