Have a purse that my wife used 7 times. Stitching on crossbody came undone by 4 strands.. They told us it’s out of warranty (2021) and it would be $175 to fix, or a 15% discount on a new purse.

I brought my bag in to be looked at and repair was never offered to me. They just said that sucks, sorry it’s stained. Good luck.

Coach used to fix anything for no charge, just $20 shipping. Even wear and tear. A shame that doesn’t still apply.

I’m still in warranty and I was told that it cannot be fixed. The straps leather is peeling and it is starting to fray.
