For all the shit in Florida there is one good law we have. An HOA cannot prohibit a homeowner from planting any native plants.

The birds in my backyard keep dropping native trees in their poo. Eastern Redbud, 2 Willow Oaks, 2 Black Oaks, 1 Mulberry. All in the last 3/4 years🥰
