@gainsbydre: My pre-leg day mobility routine This is mostly about opening up my hips, since they’re normally very tight and need the most work prior to my leg days. Fam, you NEED to be doing your stretches. I can’t stress this enough. Prior to every workout, I’ll do 3-5 minutes of *dynamic* stretching to improve mobility and circulation prior to my lifts.
