Here’s how I do full wraps on 40oz tumblers with uneven surfaces in just one pass. Most general knowledge still applies here with just a couple slight changes. Of course I always start off with my @Thunder Laser Nova35 and @rotoboss. Once the handle is off the cup and the tumbler secured, I use my 2” lens to focus to 6mm from the top point of the cup and then again at the bottom. You’ll end up with what looks like a steep angle, but as long as the top and bottom are even, it’ll work out. You’ll need to remove the cone so it doesn’t run into the middle of the cup that will be slightly out of focus. Taping up the air assist is also a good idea. Because it’s slightly out of focus in the middle areas, I adjust my power settings a little higher to make sure it’s get through the coating properly.
