Also, excess percentile vitamins are often readily excreted by your kidneys and go straight to your urine. It’s kind of a no harm/no foul situation

Fat soluble vitamins like A D E and K need to be kept within percentile limits because your body cannot eliminate the excess and you develop toxicity
