I think it’s cause potassium is for our nerves, and too much will mess with the electrical impulses. But b12 is used to make food into energy 1/2

supplements are 100% a scam. if we were just animals in the forest, wouldn't we be able to get all our vitamins/minerals from real food??

Also, excess percentile vitamins are often readily excreted by your kidneys and go straight to your urine. It’s kind of a no harm/no foul situation

Fat soluble vitamins like A D E and K need to be kept within percentile limits because your body cannot eliminate the excess and you develop toxicity

I saw on a Spanish TikTok that big pharma does not want people to eat too much potassium because it will help them get off medications so they push

B vitamins are water soluble meaning that your body will excrete any excess so there is not a risk of over dosing.

Potassium supplements are regulated because too much is a literal heart attack.
