I’ve lived in both Heidelberg and Heidelberg West. I’d live in Heidelberg again, it’s nice, but never Heidelberg West. There’s reasons it’s cheaper.

House prices are falling in Melbourne too. My sister sold her 4BR house on 1100m for $2M which was the price she paid for it 7 years ago.

2017? that's near the peak. 2018-19 was when the prices were declining. sold too early while prices are low
