Gardening tips for a kumquat tree : 🍊 Place in a pot of 20L / 5 Gallon or bigger 🍊 Add some fresh and rich soil with compost 🍊 Add mulch on top for better water retention 🍊 Place it in full sun 🍊 Once repotted, fertilize 6 weeks after with Guano manure which will enhance fructification 🍊 Keep the soil slightly moist but not soaked. Overwatering can harm the plant 🍊 Kumquat can resist light frost, protect with wintering veil in winter or host it indoor On top of Kumquat tree, I would also highly recommend Lemon trees or Calamondin trees for small space gardening.
