My backyard is getting full of soil. 😂 I usually just throw mine out. I'll be sure to start a bucket with old soil to reuse for sure. 😅

It’s better to just use it as top soil on your borders as most of the nutrients would’ve gone from the old compost anyway.

Dry it, add some diluted hydrogen peroxide, dry again, then amend and use for non-committing projects. Don’t trash it.

I've heard you can sterilize it by putting it in a clear plastic bag or bin and leaving it on a hot sunny spot of a few weeks. what do you think??
