I ve a painter for 30 years the best idea is to put the tape,paint the white color instead of caulking and then paint the grey

good idea but just use frog tape....you can see caulk as its thicker than paint and shrinks cause its water base..good thought though

Use the cheapest tape, damp sponge and if absolutes necessary a seem roller to get it super tight!

don't use caulk you just take the color your taping over an seal in the edges 😏😁

I just run over the tape with a damp cloth before painting... always worked for us

I prefer to put the tape down. Iron it. Put a fan on it. Spray it with water then peel the tape off.
