🚨BAKER CYST EXERCISES🚨 - 🧠 A Baker cyst is a fluid-filled growth behind the knee which can cause a bulge (not always visible) and pain/tightness. A Baker cyst typically indicates underlying problems with the knee joint, such as arthritis, cartilage damage or a meniscus tear. These underlying conditions can cause the knee to produce too much synovial fluid (the fluid your body produces to lubricate joints) creating a cyst. - 🤓Typically pain and swelling can get worse with suddenly increases in load or activity. The best course of treatment is to target and rehabilitate the underlying condition causing the Baker Cyst. - 😇 Try this exercise program to get started. Do the stretches within tolerance and don’t push yourself too hard on the first try. You don’t need to do all of the exercises at once.
