Just an idea it works every time for me. I use a die grinder, cut a flat head into it, get your biggest flathead and shock it off. Never failed me.

dude that is nothing I have replaced from oem honda pilot 2004 in ohio those screws are welded in the rotor at least doesn't have any rust there
