@nateteahan: No matter where you start, being able to comfortably move, hinge, squat, and push/pull are some of the most important things you can practice. If you liked this routine, I highly recommend the book “Built From Broken” by Scott Hogan. One of the most practical approaches to maintaining range of motion and mobility. And in the video when I say that I enjoy this routine almost as much as the gym, I truly mean it.
