I spent $1,000 at the vet cuz my rabbit had gi stasis and wasn’t getting better 🥹 I usually notice right away and give him baby gas drops asap

Pineapple juice (given in very small quantities) has really helped my bunny as he suffers most years with gut stasis when he’s moulting.

Simethicone (baby gas drops) that one is also very good to have as for GI stasis it breaks the gas bubbles and helps the stomach come back to normal

mine just got over gi stasis. if you have access to fresh dandelion that has not been treated with pesticides it helps too

I had to deal w stasis in the middle of the night during the weekend. There was no exotic vet or emergency vet places open for days. It was so scary
