In a big bowl mix: 1lb 93/7 ground turkey 3/4 cup chopped mushrooms 3/4 cup chopped broccoli 1/2 cup small diced onion 2-3 cloves minced garlic 2 slices low fat Swiss cut into small pieces 1/4 cup breadcrumbs and 1 egg 2 dashes of Worcestershire Small squirt of ketchup Season with paprika, chili, onion, garlic Finish with a big pinch of salt and pepper Cut your mixture into quarters and form your patties. Throw into the freezer for 30-40 minutes. Now into the air-fryer at 390 degrees for 5-6 minutes a side (you can also bake, grill or throw these in a pan).
