Fun fact: noelle ult is snapshot and the damage output won't change even when you gain a defense buff or your existing defense buff expire.

ntm that some stats are always dynamic even on snapshot abilities, i know for sure EM is one and i think dmg% is too but im not completely sure..

this snapshot ability is also why you'll see Noelle mains switch kits mid showcase cause her burst captures the previous Def boost.
