Just showing you how I create my own subliminals in less than one minute. This one is specifically for manifesting love. 💕 DM me if you need help with creating your affirmations. 1. First get the app. There is no cost for three days so you can try it out for yourself. 2. Then go to the subliminal maker. 3. Record your self saying your affirmations. And if you need help, you can go to the Affimations area of the app and have some affirmations created for you, and then read them off within the app karaoke style. Or just freestyle it like I usually do. I just say a few sentences and the app loops my vocals by itself. For manifesting SP you want to focus on things that are around building self-concept, affirming your beauty, affirming your worth, and outlining the quality of the types of relationships you have. 4. Then choose your binaural beat or frequency waves. I like using theta for pretty much everything. For me it is the most relaxing. 5. Then fine-tune your other settings. You can adjust the volume of the vocals for a rampage style track or just create a traditional subliminal with the vocals imperceptible. You can also choose your own custom background noise like rain, ocean, fireplace, city sounds, etc. You can also choose the length of the track. You can make it as long as 15 minutes, but honestly, it doesn’t matter because you can loop it within the app or just download it and loop it. 6. Then click create track and wait a few seconds and then you have your track. 7. Listen to your track as much as possible. You can make up to 28 tracks in month, for the same cost of a single subliminal made by someone else (on the lowest end). Happy manifesting!
