Have you had your levels checked? My folate was low and it said it can cause canker sores! My vitamin D was also low which causes fatigue and brainfog

I use silver nitrate sticks for the sores. I get them so bad, and it hurts at first but they go away so much faster.

I occasionally get canker sores. I put a little bit of Thieves oil from young living on it a couple times a day and it clears in 2-3 days.

My ex used to break out in canker sores too and when we switched to Toms toothpaste he never got one again while using toms.

Check the ingredients in your toothpaste. If it has SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), that can cause canker sore outbreaks.
