If you able to do your menapur your self do it supper supper supper slow, it helped with the burning and the bruising.

Doing it myself was easier then having my husband do it cause I had control over the speed and the burn, it was so much better slower.

Also try having him go slower on all your stims, pushing the fluid super fast is more damaging to the tissue and will bruise more.
