@antonielokhorst: These are pretty much the only 3 variations you need to include within a single workout to cover all 3 regions of the back. I’d go as far as saying even with just pulldowns and rows you are pretty much covered. Now you’ll talk about the deadlift, the reality is even with a normal deadlift we build that gorilla back. Go get em heavy. Who doesn’t like a good lift? Nonetheless, the point is you don’t need to be doing more than 3 back exercises per workout to grow. #workout #backday #explore #vqfit

I wouldnt do deadlifts because it targets legs alot. your practically turning the day into legs and back.
